P hungo IT Solutions offers several options for system and field user support. System support can include system maintenance, backup, fault detection and system monitoring. Field user support refers to end user queries un-related to system performance and includes user queries relating to the use of off-the-shelf product functionality.
All support calls are logged through our call centre. Each support call logged is assigned a priority which corresponds to a goal for time to resolution as set out in pre-negotiated service level agreements. Once the call is logged, a ticket number is assigned that allows tracking and reporting of the support call. Our help desk operates seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day. Customers are able to log support calls either telephonically or using e-mail to log a call.
